new arrivals vetting process

As long at Big Love Sanctuary has the resources and space to accomodate new arrivals, a place to call home is promised to animals needing a forever home.

The vetting for new arrivals takes just a few minutes.  The animal must be safe around people and other animals.  The safety of our volunteers, visitors, and friends of the sanctuary are a top priority.

If you or someone you know has an animal that needs temporary care while their humans are getting situated, re-homed due to unforseen circumstances, or simply lost and unclaimed, please feel free to reach out to us.

Please be mindful that Big Love Santuary may not be the best fit for every animal.  However, we do consider a variety of species such as farm animals, domestic pets, and some exotics.
